Venue Manager – Temporary Part-Time Contract (self employed)

Arts Gateway MK is looking for an enterprising and efficient creative to help set up our new performance venue at Arts Central. This will be a part-time (2 days per week) contract role initially funded for 6 months from early September, suitable for a self-starter with enthusiasm for a range of performance activities and great powers of persuasion.
Arts Central is MK`s largest provider of creative studios, currently increasing to 85, and the home of Community Arts Resources Centre as well as our 60-capacity performance suite recently completed within the complex.
The fee for the initial 6 months will be £6250 (equivalent to 52 days at £120 per day), worked flexibly and payable monthly against invoices. Exceptionally there may be additional payments for periods of high workload. The contract may be extended beyond March 2024 subject to revenue and external funding.
